Mexican Dubwiser, Paté de Fuá, Fatboy Slimm, The Horrors, Astro, y El Columpio Asesino son las agrupaciones que se acaban de agregar al cartel del festival iberoamericano de cultura musical Vive Latino 2012.

The 2012 lineup for Coachella has The Black Keys, Radiohead and Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg as headliners, and Hello Seahorse!, Ximena Sarinana, and Le Bucherettes representing the Latin Alternative market in this year’s two-weekend music festival.

La Santa Maria will perform at the 3rd Annual Latin American Parade and Festival taking place on September 10th in Downtown Long Beach. The band is part of L.A.’s independent movement of musicians that fuse Mexican, South and Central American sounds to create a new type of cumbia music known as “neo-cumbia”.
Just last year, the seven-member band showcased its rhythmic repertoire at Al Borde’s Day of the Dead Music and Arts Festival, and recently took part of the summer concert series at the Levitt Pavilion Pasadena.
